gir1.2-brasero-3.0 software package provides CD/DVD burning library for GNOME - GObject introspection data, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gir1.2-brasero-3.0
gir1.2-brasero-3.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gir1.2-brasero-3.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
